As part of National Children’s Book Week (1st-7th October), I will be offering suggestions of books that your children might enjoy. Just leave the answers to these questions in the comments section, and I will recommend a book for your child to explore.

  • Age of child
  • Gender
  • Favourite toys and/or games
  • Name of the last book they really enjoyed

Happy reading!

PS When I get 100 followers on the blog, I’ll be doing what I hope is the first of many book give-aways….

Jo, have you read Noisy Farm by Rod Campbell? I think he’d love it. Just let me know if that’s one you’re both already familiar with and I’ll suggest another!

May I ask for two (or a recommendation to suit both?)

    3.5 years
    Playing with sand and water
Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats

    1 year
Crawling about grabbing her brother’s toys
The Very Hungry Caterpillar (I think)
